Freelance International Researcher 

Travel to designated countries, build up contacts and use existing connections. Become a leading authority on designated insurance markets. Responsible for the in-depth research and report writing for several markets across life, health and/or non-life insurance.

• Travel to designated markets.
• Meet with market practitioners including insurers, reinsurers, brokers, supervisors/regulators and market associations.
• Write detailed reports based on questionnaires and template documents covering a wide range of market dynamics including, but not limited to, legislation, market overviews, lines of business and distribution.
• Update reports every 3 months on key legislation and major market changes.

The person in this role will have:

• A breadth of insurance experience, preferably at a senior level.
• Comfortable with the numerical aspect.
• Ability to communicate with senior-level people across several countries.
• Existing international exposure is highly desirable.
• Ability to work to deadlines.
• Ability to write major reports.

• Attention to detail.
• Good written English.
